1. GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Before we start working with you, we want to get to know you, your staff and your business. Not that we're nosy of course, we just feel that by gathering as much info as possible we are able to provide the best, tailored solution to your brand.
At this research stage we will provide an initial brief, free of charge. We aim to get an insight into your attitudes, values and aims by interviewing employees from across the company, evaluating the work environments and the existing uniforms - helping us to build up a picture of who you are. From there we can begin to draw up some initial designs and colour palettes.
2. INITIAL DESIGN IDEAS

Based on the information we gathered at the research stage, we will present you with initial design ideas, colour palettes, and branding. You may have design ideas yourself or you may want us to work from scratch - the choice is yours.
Different sections of your workforce may have different workwear needs too. At this stage we will also talk you through different fabrics and the most up to date technologies available for each area of your business. This thorough consultation process will allow us to shape the final design.
3. FINAL DESIGNS
Once we've presented you with the concept designs and come to a mutual decision regarding the style, color scheme and fabrics, the final design stage begins. We will present you with full color artwork, showcasing what we see as the finished product for each area of the company. These will be in-depth illustrations of design but also the technical aspects too detailing areas like branding, trim, strengthened points, pleating and more. As long as you're happy, we move on to the final stage - samples.
